What I did
I began by conducting extensive research to understand the target audience's needs and aspirations. I then defined the company's unique value proposition, focusing on aspects such as personalized guidance, professional expertise, and career advancement. Utilizing this insight, I developed a visual concept that reflected the company's values and resonated with potential clients. The main concept was anchored in 3 pillars, "Direction", "Growth" and "Stability", transforming the company into a guide that will help their customer navigating better their professional journey .
I ended up choosing a color palette that conveyed professionalism and trust, selected a typography that balanced modernity with readability, and creating a logo that captured the essence of career growth and success. I also designed collateral such as business cards, brochures, and website elements, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints to reinforce brand recognition and credibility.
